IEEE-USA’s MOVE team joins the Exploration Expo at the Atlanta Science Festival
On Friday, March 25, IEEE-USA MOVE team members John Balsam and Jay Diepenbrock drove to Atlanta to represent IEEE-USA’s MOVE Community Outreach Initiative at the Atlanta Science Festival (held Saturday, March 26th). This is the first time this event has been held in three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It was a beautiful day, with a good crowd in attendance. It is estimated that about 700 people came through the truck, and many families participated in the STEM activities sponsored by the Atlanta IEEE Section (and coordinated by Melody Richardson). Brian Page and other members of the Atlanta Section helped with the event.
