The IEEE Public Safety Technology (PST) Initiative is pleased to announce that it is partnering with the MOVE Program to strengthen IEEE’s efforts towards public safety. The MOVE program is committed to assisting victims of and responders to natural disasters with short-term communications and power solutions. MOVE is expanding this award-winning program to provide relief and outreach on an international basis. As the global Center of Excellence for all public safety industry stakeholders, PST has identified the IEEE MOVE Program as a critical source of emergency relief technology while also educating the public on leading technologies in this space. PST will highlight and engage in MOVE Program activities while continuing to look for opportunities to make a positive impact in public safety.
