As many of you know, days of unrelenting heavy rain filled up rivers to near record levels across Kentucky. More than 70 counties have declared a state of emergency due to the historic flooding, which has claimed the lives of six people. As of April 10th, 350 state highways remain closed – 341 by high water and 12 by rockslides or mudslides.
Two MOVE trucks are in Kentucky working with the Red Cross to assist victims. IEEE Volunteers, including Grayson Randall, Thomas Q Kimball, Tom Clemons, Tim Forrest, Tim Troske, David H Sewell, and many others are working together to provide support. You can receive updates on the deployment on Facebook
