MOVE Deployed: Hurricane Matthew

The IEEE-USA MOVE truck was deployed by the Red Cross to Florida (initially Tallahassee) to assist with recovery efforts.  After the storm, it headed to Orlando to help provide power to the Red Cross and then headed North to NC to aid in disaster/flood relief efforts.
